Beautiful attic apartment in the center of Neubukow

Refurbished appartment at attic floor in historic building in the city center of Neubukow. Completely equipped place with 3 bedrooms/hosts 6 people, open kitchen, terracec and spacious living room. Bathroom hosts a double sink, shower cabin, large bath tab and a washing machine. The space The Space is a recently refurbished and appears bright, modern and cosy. All rooms are covered with wooden parquet floor. The spacious living area hosts leather couches, modern furniture and Satellite 40" flat screen. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dish washer, electric cooking place and a small stand alone oven. It holds all basic equipment to prepare hot and cold meals including cutlery, dishes, glasses, cups and cooking tools, pots, pans, etc. 2 high chairs are available for the small guests. The bath room is equipped with a double sink, a shower cabinet and a large bath tab. It has towel dryers and floor heating. Bedrooms are equipped with french beds (2x140cm, 1x180cm) wich all have a brand new mattress. The bedrooms host a cupboard and nightstands as well. The smallest guests can find cots with mattrce - blankets, pillows and bed linen for those have to be provided by yourself. On the terrace you find a table, 4 chairs and an electric grill for an outside barbecue. 2 lawn chairs including contact surface are available for your rest. Towels and complete bed linen are provided for your stay. Wireless Internet is available free of charge in all rooms. Guest access The appartment is located in the attic of the building in the city center of Neubukow. A Family with children resides in the first floor of the biuilding. The ground floor hosts a turkish restaurant. Two additional apartmeents belong to the assembly which are recently under refurbishment. Access to the appartment via the staicase is rather steep in the top section and may not be recommended to elderly people or people with difficulties to walk. Other things to note The closest beach is located in Reerik. The distance is appr. 12 km from Neubukow by car. Saside resort Kühlungsborn is appr. 14km away from Neubukow.
