Southwinds is a Beach front villa.

Situated on a long sandy beach on an island only 15 min private boat ride away. Huge safe area for your children to play with no cars, renowned Bligh Water for diving and snorkeling. Safe protected bay for kayaking and swimming to explore nearby island (we provide two kayaks). The space The main living/kitchen/dinning area is on the first floor with amazing view of the beach. Master bedroom with ensuite double shower room and second bedroom with a separate shower room are also on this floor. The ground floor houses bedroom three and four with Jack and Jill shower room which we call the sunset suite. The fifth bedroom , the sunrise suite which is also on the ground floor has its own ensuite shower room. All the ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the beach with a small covered patio outside the rooms. There are two staircases that connect the ground floor and first floor. An external one and an under cover one. The layout is therefore perfect for multi generation family holiday or joint family group. This is the biggest property on the island. There is also a ground floor staff kitchen so if guests want full/ half catered for, it can be arranged during the booking. Discount can be arranged if guests only need the first floor with the two bedrooms. Guest access Included in the booking is guest boat transfer from Ellington Wharf. We can organise pick up with a local taxi driver from Nadi Airport to Ellington wharf in which you pay the taxi driver directly. Laundry service and catering service can be provided with extra cost. We can also arrange fishing trip, diving and snorkeling trip, visit to local market in Raki Raki, waterfall trip and sunset trip. Please enquire. Other things to note This is an eco friendly house, it is solar and wind powered for electricity, we collect rain water so please bare that in mind. We recycle food waste :and our staff would give you a separate food waste bin, We also grow some of our own vegetables and there are fruit trees which guests are welcome to ask our staff for them when in season.
