"The Coach House" a converted stable block
Description
The coach house was built in 1860 to serve Riftswood. It is a former stable block that has been converted into a beautiful home with vintage inspired decor. This "quirky" spacious house is ideal for holidaymaker wishing to enjoy the town, woods and breathtaking beaches Saltburn by the sea has to offer. The vibrant restaurants and shops and easily accessible by a short walk through the woods or picturesque streets. A dog walkers paradise the front door opens onto the Cleveland way. The space The coach house is a converted stable block which makes a beautiful family home. An attached cottage hosts my parents who manage the house while we are away. It has many unique victorian features including a shared courtyard which is an absolute suntrap! Or why not sit on the decking and look out onto the woods, watch nuthatch, bluetits, owls and bats, it’s a birdwatchers heaven! Guest access The whole house is available which is our family home. We rent it out while we are in France for the summer. We share the courtyard with my parents who live in the adjoining property. We have a newly built decking area at the front of the property which offers an excellent space to relax or eat. Other things to note This is a dog friendly home and probably not ideal for anyone with dog allergies. The house is decorated in a vintage style and has a farmhouse feel to it previously housing horses! It is set on a large plot and is ideal for large families.
