Our house is located in a quiet hamlet on the edge of the Double forest, it will seduce you with its charm and authenticity. This renovated old barn has kept its character with its beams and exposed stones. Spacious, it can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Outside you have a beautiful green space and a sunny terrace unobstructed. The house must be made clean and smoking is not allowed inside. The space ON THE GROUND FLOOR : - An American kitchen with multiple appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and TV. Warm and family room in an authentic style. - A large living room, featuring a flat-screen TV and DVD player, sofas and armchairs. - Bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, shower, and washing machine. Separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: - A mezzanine with 1 bed of 90. - 3 bedrooms of which 2 have a bed of 140, the third is equipped with 2 beds of 90 and a cot. - WC We offer the possibility of a baby kit on request. Outside: - Enclosed land with a courtyard and 2 terraces with deckchairs and barbecue. - Adjoining land with swings, ping pong table and games for children. HEATING : Our main heating consists of two wood fireplaces. Consider this. An electric meter reading will be done for the months of April, October and November in case of overuse. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. Other things to note We offer the possibility of a baby kit on request. Bed linen 6 euros per bed and towels 4 euros per person on request. Housekeeping on request with a surcharge of 50 euros.
