The space Located in the heart of Risoul 1850, in the highly sought-after Les Balcons de Sirius residence, this two-room cabin apartment offers a warm and authentic atmosphere, ideal for a stay in the mountains with family or friends. From the balcony, the view opens onto the surrounding peaks and chalets, immediately immersing guests in the alpine atmosphere. The living space consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed, perfect for sharing convivial moments after a day on the slopes. The open, functional and well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare evening meals in a cozy atmosphere. The apartment has two separate sleeping areas: a comfortable double bedroom and a cabin with bunk beds, which is very popular with children or teenagers. The place is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to the sofa bed in the living room (a less comfortable but possible solution). The Les Balcons de Sirius residence is renowned for its prime location, close to the slopes, ski lifts and the ESF. Guests also have access to the indoor heated pool, sauna, elevators, and secure ski locker. The center of the resort, its shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Combining comfort, practicality and a mountain atmosphere, this two-room cabin is the ideal base for discovering the Forêt Blanche ski area and enjoying a rejuvenating stay in the mountains. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The swimming pool and sauna are only open in the winter season (generally from mid-December to early April) and in the summer season (from the first Saturday in July to the last Saturday in August). These dates may vary slightly. Outside of these dates, the pool and sauna will be closed. Our agency Enjoy And Stay - Montagne & Ski is located 100 meters away, thus facilitating a smooth and simple arrival. Our team will be on site and at your disposal throughout your stay to provide you with information and advice. In order to offer you very reasonable prices, linen and cleaning are not included. It will be your responsibility to clean when you leave and to leave the apartment as clean as you found it. If you want a hassle-free vacation, we can of course offer you cleaning and linen as an option. Please feel free to ask us in advance. A baby cot can be provided upon reservation and for an additional €20 per stay (subject to availability). Would you like to come as a group? After you book, you'll receive an access link to a digital welcome booklet that will give you as much information as possible. Keys will be available for collection at the agency in a secure locker. Check-ins can start at 5 p.m. and checkouts start before 11 a.m. Depending on availability and period, early check-in and late check-out options (for a fee) are possible. Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator access. A security deposit of €500 will be required via the digital welcome booklet. It will be done by bank card. For this, we use the secure online service Swikly, which will allow you to deposit your security deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit. You will also have the option of choosing the "Damage Waiver" option for €50, which exempts you from paying a deposit. It covers minor accidental damage during the stay. The amount of €50 is fixed and non-refundable.
