The train station is a 20-minute walk. The space The 60 sqm apartment is part of our 'Rezidencija Joksimovic,' a family-owned residence where we also live. Located within the same building as our family home, we offer a welcoming and cozy atmosphere to all our guests, perfect for those seeking a nice and quiet stay. The apartment includes 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a comfortable queen-size bed in one and 2 single beds in the second. The bathroom offers a convenient walk-in shower, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. The living room is a relaxing space where you can unwind and socialize, with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining corner where you can enjoy home-cooked meals or use that table for your work. We've taken care to provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Keep connected with our high-speed Wi-Fi, beat the summer heat with air conditioning, and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with access to over 160 channels. One of the highlights of our apartment is the patio with a calming view of our backyard. Please note that we have a friendly dog, Charlie, living outside, adding to the warm and welcoming ambiance. Other things to note Our apartment is strictly non-smoking, and the penalty for smoking inside is 200 euros. Also, pets are not allowed, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Our Rezidencija Joksimovic is perfectly positioned on the way from Podgorica to the seaside (Bar), near the Airport. Golubovci is a place with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
