Our vacation home is located in a beautiful quiet location in the Fläming Nature Park. In the forest with a clearing. With a pond about 150 m away, unfortunately not visible from the house. Ideal for biking and hiking. Very close to the World Heritage Sites Dessau and Wittenberg. The Fläming bike path and the Luther trail run very close by. Features: - about 65 m² of living space, property about 600 m² and the forest behind it, about 2 ha belong to it, - 1 kitchen (fully equipped, incl. 4-burner ceramic stovetop and dishwasher) - 1 bathroom - 1 living room (with a fireplace and sofa bed) - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 crib on request) - 1 terrace (about 30 m², with garden furniture) - 1 storage shed - 1 carport - Property with meadow and forest, barbecue and fire bowl available - Free Wi-Fi Worth knowing: Our house is equipped with electric heating, so that a year-round rental can be guaranteed. In the cold season (October to May), additional costs may be incurred (up to 15 euros/night, 35 cents/kWh). You are also welcome to stay with us in autumn, winter and spring. The fireplace is functional and can be used. Firewood is chopped, dry and stacked on site. In addition to the above-mentioned items, the fully equipped kitchen also contains a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and other items, such as cutlery and dishes for up to 6 - 8 people. A crib is available and can be set up on request. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. Other things to note The living space is about 65 square meters. The property is about 500 square meters and fenced. The forest behind it was affected by a storm in 2018 and we replanted it in 2019. However, this makes it brighter on the property. The cabin is barrier-free, but it is located in the forest. An asphalt road is nearby. However, this does not go directly to the house. On our property, there is a paved path from the garden door to the entrance and a ramp to the terrace. In front of the garden door is only an unpaved path. This leads about 15 m to the paved gravel road, which meets the asphalt road in the course of about 80 m.
