The space This two-bedroom penthouse apartment features a luxurious king-size bed in the spacious master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and high-pressure shower. The second bedroom includes a triple bunk bed, with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed above. A second bathroom, located off the hallway, also features a modern high-pressure shower, providing added convenience for families and small groups. Enjoy lightning-fast WiFi, premium furnishings, and a fully equipped modern kitchen, along with a dishwasher and washer/dryer for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Perched on the top floor, the apartment offers stunning views overlooking Main Beach and Bundoran Bay, with panoramic views of the coastline and the town's famous surfing spots. Located directly across from Bundoran Adventure Park, the area becomes lively during Easter, weekends, bank holidays, and throughout the summer season. The park closes early each evening, and the apartment's high-quality windows help ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to provide a luxurious, convenient, and memorable stay in one of Bundoran's most sought-after locations. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire apartment. On-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis. During peak summer periods it can occasionally fill up, but spaces are generally available near the building entrance. Other things to note House Rules & Important Information Maximum Occupancy: 5 Guests Please ensure the bedding arrangements meet your group's requirements before booking. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and contains: - 1 king-size bed - 1 triple bunk bed (double bed below, single bed above) The maximum occupancy is 5 persons. Occupancy may not exceed 4 adults or 3 children. For example, the apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, 3 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults and 1 child. Bookings for 2 adults and 4 children, 5 adults, or any combination exceeding these limits cannot be accepted. Sleeping on couches is not permitted, and no additional beds, cots, mattresses, or other sleeping arrangements can be provided. Only the guests named on the reservation are permitted to enter or stay at the property. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior written approval. No Parties or Gatherings Strictly no parties, events, or social gatherings of any kind. To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM daily. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise, antisocial behaviour, unauthorised gatherings, or breaches of the house rules. Surfing Equipment Please note that this apartment is not suitable for surfing holidays. The apartment is located up two flights of stairs, and surfboards are not permitted to be carried through or stored in the building's common areas. There is no suitable area within the apartment or building to store or dry surfboards and wetsuits. In addition, sand from surfing equipment has previously caused blocked drains and damage to the plumbing. If you choose to surf during your stay, all surfboards and wetsuits must remain outside the building at your own risk. They must not be brought into the apartment or any of the building's common areas. Bathrooms Please note that this apartment does not have a bathtub. All bathrooms are equipped with showers only. Security Camera : For everyone's security, a doorbell camera is installed at the entrance of the property. It is not actively monitored; however, footage may be reviewed if a reported issue arises, such as unauthorised visitors, property damage, or a breach of the house rules. Security Authorisation : A €200 Security Authorisation (this is not a charge) is required before check-in and is processed securely through our Guest Portal. To complete check-in, you will receive a link to our Guest Portal where you will: Complete the online pre-check-in. Access your check-in instructions and guest information. Provide your payment card details for the security authorisation. Unlike a traditional security deposit, no funds are deducted from your account. The authorisation is simply a temporary hold placed by your bank or card provider and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no issues during your stay. The security authorisation is in place to cover rare situations such as: - Damage to the property. - Excessive cleaning resulting from unauthorised guests or breaches of the house rules. - Antisocial behaviour or serious violations of the booking terms. Guest Portal : For your convenience, we use our own Guest Portal for pre-check-in and guest information.
