The Stables is a converted Barn set on a former farm yard in a safe and quiet area of Glinton with its charming Blue Bell Pub. It offers cosy, spacious & flexible accommodation & is furnished to a high standard with under-floor heating, log burner & private gardens capturing early and late sun. We provide a Welcome Tray with Breakfast & Treats, luxury bedding, a basket of logs & BBQ coals. Ideally located for Burghley Hse, Stamford, Ferry Meadows, P'Boro Cathedral, Market Deeping The space The Stables sleeps 4; 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the lounge. There are 2 shower rooms. (Please advise if you require the sofa bed making up or bedding left) The Stables bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart TV and en-suite shower room. There are patio doors from the bedroom onto a private front courtyard area. Patio table and chairs provided to capture and enjoy the early morning sun. The second shower room is located off the hallway. There is a fully fitted kitchen with induction hob, electric fan oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a separate dining area with patio doors onto the front courtyard. The Lounge has 2 sofas; one being a double sized sofa bed. There is a Log Burner; first basket of seasoned logs and kindling provided (further logs can be purchased from most supermarkets & fuel stations). There is a Freeview TV, DVD player, Bluetooth Radio and Wifi. There are patio doors to the rear garden, perfect for the afternoon and evening sun) Outside in the rear garden there is a patio area with table, chairs and BBQ with charcoal provided. There is a private parking space to the front of the property. Upon arrival at Scotts Farm Luxury Barn, you will experience a warm greeting with a welcome tray with Breakfast and treats. We offer flexible arrival times and self check-in using a key-safe if preferred. Our accommodation can be enjoyed by all ages.
