Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home just minutes from Carthage and Lake Murvaul. There is an acre of land with a fenced portion for kids or furbabies (small fee) Enjoy a covered porch and grill or clean fish you catch out at the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has whatever you need to make your stay like home. There is plenty of space to stretch out with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a combo W/D. Parking is abundant with plenty of room for 4 large vehicles in the driveway. The space Master - King bed with en suite bathroom 2nd - Queen bed 3rd - Full LOFT BED with 200 lb MAX weight STRICTLY ENFORCED Living room- 3 x 6 foot couch's with one that folds out to a queen bed. Extras that you may ask to be left out: 2x extra large zero gravity cots Queen size air mattress 1 child's air mattress (looks almost like a blow up pool) Large fenced back yard and plenty of room for play outside fence area. If furbabies are there, they MUST be attended and under vocal control at ALL TIMES! Cleanup for them is your responsibility. Please don't make us enforce the cleanup fees. Guest access The main house, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are all yours to enjoy and feel at home in. We have our possessions and supplies in the garage and the add on. You may roam the grounds as you wish, it's a one acre property. Please don't attempt to access the buildings. We DO have OUTDOOR cameras Other things to note The very small Cleaning fee is to make sure all surfaces are disinfected properly, wash linens on longer sanitizing antibacterial loads, and do a general reset for the next guest. It takes about 4 hours every time. With that said, please take care of our home and clean up your messes like adults 🙏.
