Guest access The entire house - all three floors, the balcony and the rooftop terrace - is exclusively yours. Nothing is shared with other guests or neighbours. Just 4 minutes by car from the beach (or a 25-minute stroll), the house offers the best of both worlds: easy access to the sea, plus the peace, privacy, and free parking you won't easily find in the city centre. The perfect spot for anyone who wants to disconnect from the rush and simply relax.
