Surrounded by forest and meadows, between the Soonwald and the Naheland, the Luisa vacation rental in the small village of Daubach invites you to relax and unwind. Far from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy rural idyll here without having to sacrifice creature comforts or convenient access. Whether it's active days hiking, walking the barefoot trail, or spending cozy hours in the apartment, here you can spend your time exactly as you wish. The space The 67-square-meter (720-square-foot) vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor. In front of the apartment door, you will find ample space for shoes and a coat rack for jackets. The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Double bed (1.80 m) with two separate duvets, a closet with a mirror, and an armchair. Access to the balcony, mosquito net on the balcony door. Bedroom 2: Pull-out guest bed (1.60 m), play shelf, and street-themed rug for our little guests, dresser for clothes. It is possible to add a travel cot (you can get one upon request) or to place a mattress on the floor if you want to travel as a group of five. There is a mosquito net on the window. If you are traveling with only two people, the guest bed in Bedroom 2 can also be used as a second living room/retreat area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink with a mirror. Towels, soap and hairdryer are provided. The kitchen and dining/living area are lovingly furnished, with everything you need. Kitchen: dishes, dishwasher, oven, stove with 4 burners, dish towels, cleaning cloths, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, fridge with freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker including coffee filters, kettle Living room: Smart TV You can enjoy the beautiful sunset on the balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs! WiFi, towels, bath mats, bed linens, high chair, cot if necessary (high chair and cot on request!) and final cleaning are included. A washing machine can be used upon request for a fee. The apartment is to be left swept clean. A vacuum cleaner is available. In front of the vacation rental is a large, traffic-calmed village square, which is great for our little guests to play, romp around, or ride their bikes. In addition, chickens and cattle live on the hobby farm, and they can be fed by arrangement (cattle only in the winter months; in summer they graze in the pasture)! The shared courtyard offers some play opportunities for the children: sandbox, playing in the gravel pile, meadow with two soccer goals, trampoline, swing, basketball hoop, table tennis table, tree house/platform. The vacation rental is also suitable for parents whose children are attending the Asklepios Katharina-Schroth Clinic or for professionals attending training courses there, as well as for employees of Triwo at the former Pferdsfeld airfield. Other things to note We have put together some tips for excursions in the surrounding area, which we can also send to you in advance upon request (e.g., various hiking trails (also suitable for families), a barefoot trail, draisine rides, visits to castles on the Rhine, the Gemstone Museum, Aktivwald, swimming pools, the zoo, playgrounds, and much more).
