The house is ideal for families of up to 7 people who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea, surrounded by nature and very close to Bilbao (30 minutes by car and metro connection). It has four bedrooms, a living-dining room, three bathrooms, a garage, a back patio and a lovely roof terrace. Includes private parking. The space The house has a master bedroom with a double bed, two double bedrooms and a furnished penthouse where one more person can sleep. It has a spacious, modern-style open-plan living room-kitchen with a large central island, perfect for cooking, working or spending time with others. What's more, it has three full bathrooms and an additional toilet, making it particularly convenient for families. Outside, the property offers several pleasant spaces to enjoy the outdoors: a private courtyard ideal for breakfast or sunbathing, an open porch, and a sun terrace on the top floor. The house also has Wi-Fi, a TV and a private garage with space for one or two cars, depending on their size. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding from the daily grind.
