Stay in a newly refurbished two-bedroom Workington home sleeping four guests across one double bedroom and one twin room. Each bedroom has its own TV, while the living area offers streaming facilities and a Nintendo Switch. Guests also have access to limited free parking and a large shared rear garden with benches and space for BBQs. Workington railway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. The space Station House Flat 4 is a newly refurbished two-bedroom property accommodating up to four guests across one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds. The flexible layout is well suited to couples, small families, friends, colleagues, contractors and professionals visiting or working in West Cumbria. Both bedrooms have been freshly decorated and include storage for clothes and personal belongings. Each bedroom also has its own TV, allowing guests to relax in privacy. Bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are supplied for all guests. The comfortable living and dining area provides a welcoming space to unwind, enjoy meals and spend time together. Guests can sign in to their own streaming accounts, while a Nintendo Switch provides additional entertainment. The newly fitted kitchen is equipped for short visits and extended stays, with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, cookware, utensils and crockery. Guests receive a small starter supply of toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, hand soap, kitchen roll and laundry capsules. The family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower. To the rear of the Station House properties is a large shared garden with benches and plenty of open space. Guests are welcome to use it for relaxing, outdoor dining and BBQs. The property is just a few minutes’ walk from Workington railway station and within easy reach of the town centre, shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The location is also convenient for professionals working near Workington Community Hospital, Sellafield and other major employers across West Cumbria. Keswick and the north-western Lake District are approximately 20 miles away. Guest access Guests have private use of the entire property, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, and living and dining areas. The large rear garden is shared with guests staying in the neighbouring Station House properties. Guests are welcome to use the benches and outdoor space for relaxing, dining and BBQs but should remain considerate of others. Self check-in is provided using a secure keypad. The unique access code will be shared approximately 24 hours before arrival once the required identity verification, rental agreement and £150 security-deposit pre-authorisation have been completed. Limited free private parking is available, with additional free on-street parking nearby. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Other things to note Before check-in, the booking guest must complete identity verification, accept our rental agreement and provide a refundable £150 security deposit through our secure guest portal. The deposit is processed separately as a card pre-authorisation. It may appear as a pending transaction, but the money is not normally taken from your account. It will only be charged where necessary following damage or a breach of the disclosed house rules or rental terms. The pre-authorisation is released after checkout when no charge is required. The time taken for the pending transaction to disappear depends on the guest’s bank. Full check-in instructions and the keypad code will be provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed. The rear garden is shared with guests staying in neighbouring properties. Guests should supervise children while using the garden and remain considerate of other users. Private and street parking are subject to availability. VAT invoices are available upon request for business stays.
