Near Milazzo, Taormina and Cefalù. Perfect to visit Sicily. The space Our wonderful Villa of 230m² is designed by an architect and located on the beautiful Sicilian beach of Mongiove (Patti-Messina). The villa offer an outstanding view on the Aeolian Islands (Volcano, Stromboli, Lipari, Panarea, Salina, Alicudi and Filicudi). What makes it unique is its position with the direct access to the beach and the sea. That means that from the terrace-garden you just have to step out on the sand to enjoy our beach. The 230m² of the house are divided into three floors. The Ground floor, with its large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, is circled by a large terrace-garden full of plants and flowers: the best place to have your lunch or dinner in front of summer sunsets. The first and the second floor host the bedrooms and are also circled by a terrace, as you will see in the photos. Each of them is equipped with one more bathroom. On the first floor, you will find two parental rooms with double beds and air conditioning and one single bedroom. On the second floor one more parental room and a room with three single beds completes the villa. Finally, you will be located in between the two major Sicilian airports: Catania and Palermo, both at one hour and a half by car from the villa. Hence, you will be perfectly located to make some trip around our beautiful Island: Taormina, Cefalù, Milazzo, Palermo, Catania, Siracusa can all be easily reached by car. For hiking addicts, the Nebrodi and Madonie Mountains as well as the Etna, the largest volcano in Europe (over 3300m high), are also close by.
