Close to Maastricht Airport. Beautiful spacious bedroom with box spring. Possibility for 4 people. My house is a semi-detached house on the edge of a beautiful hiking area. Bathroom and toilet shared with owner. Free WiFi and Netflix. The price includes tourist tax. Breakfast is possible. Breakfast costs 15.00 per person per night. To be ordered separately via message and to be paid at the accommodation. The space One bedroom with 1 double bed (box spring) and 1 double sofa bed for up to 4 people. The room is about 6 x 3.5 meters. When booking for 1 or 2 people, it is possible that another room will be assigned. The rooms have the same amenities. See the photos. Guest access You can use the bathroom, toilet, conservatory and garden. Iron and ironing board on request. During your stay I like to give guests space but am always available via chat, phone and social media and am also in the house as much as possible during guests' stay. Besides Dutch, I speak English and German. Other things to note Visitors are not allowed. No smoking. No pets allowed. Cleaning service. No party events. Breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Costs €15.00 per person per night. Please indicate the number of children in connection with the treat. The living room and kitchen are not for use.
