Flat is completely yours and is not shared with anyone else, it is 10 kms from kempegowda airport and takes around 15-20 minutes (no traffic and no tolls) . blinkit,zomato,swiggy,ola,uber,rapido all are functional! 🤗 The space IT is an independent building inside gated community with security guards available 24/7. The house is surrounded by trees and one and only building in the entire lane makes it to have plenty of space for street parking under the beautiful trees. This spacious 2BHK flat is designed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds — one bedroom has an attached washroom and having AC while the other includes a cozy Balcony and Non AC . The living area is large and airy, making the home feel open and relaxing. The best part pf house is the floor dining which can easily accommodate 6 people and gives you a complete different vibe. The apartment is fully equipped with essential amenities, including: Power backup (approx. 4–6 hours) Geyser in common bathroom. Towels, handwash, shower gel, and shampoo Additional mattress with pillows, bedsheet, and blanket(as per number of guest it will be provided) . High-speed Wi-Fi (100mbps). The kitchen is fully functional and includes a fridge, gas stove, cookware, utensils, water filter, kettle, mixer-grinder, and glassware. A washing machine, utility drying area, and dustbins are also available. Food delivery from Zomato and Swiggy is available to the doorstep(it can take upto 1 hour -plan accordingly) For instant apps,Blinkit delivers. Ola/uber/rapido is 24/7 available. Guest access Guests can access entire flat (2nd floor 2nd house 202) , kindly do not go to any other floors . Other things to note kindly share each guests government id with us with the address (front and back) Utilities & Appliances Appliances such as the geyser, fridge, mixer, and kettle will not operate during power outages. Please keep a bucket filled in case of power cuts, as water pumping may be affected. Keys & Access Please take only your designated key and follow all instructions. Not following instructions may result in a ₹5,000 fine. Lost keys will incur a ₹1,000 replacement charge. Check-in / Check-out Timings must be followed strictly. Early check-in or late check-out is ₹300 per hour, subject to availability and with at least 1 day prior notice.(if checking out without informing to us after 1 pm then we will be charging for the complete day) Cleaning & Usage Guests are requested to wash utensils properly after use (not just rinsing). Mid-stay cleaning is available at ₹300 per session with 1-day notice. Smoking & Drinking Smoking or drinking outside the house is not permitted. Indoors is allowed — please use the ashtray and do not flush cigarette butts. Visitors Policy Outside visitors are generally not allowed. In case of an emergency, prior permission is required and a ₹1,000 per person charge will apply. Building Access The property is on the 2nd floor with no elevator; guests will need to carry luggage. Caretaker help may be available (tips Required ). General Please book for the exact number of guests. Inform us at least a day in advance if any consumables are running low. Things which aren't mention on listing cannot be provided , you may need to arrange it on your own. We do provide power backup for approximately 6–8 hours, depending on usage. However, in case of heavy rain, bad weather, or any unforeseen power issues from BESCOM, there may occasionally be interruptions beyond our control. In such situations, we kindly request guests to bear with us and allow some time for restoration. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
