Self check-in: Easy lockbox entry; your unique code is sent on the day of arrival. Parking: 1 free assigned space on site; additional visitor parking is first-come, first-served. Security: Gated entrance to the community. For safety, there’s one exterior camera at the front door only. There are no cameras inside the apartment. Stairs: The building is multi-level; stairs may be required to reach the unit. Quiet hours: 10:00 pm–8:00 am (community rules). During your stay Check-in: Completely self check-in using your unique lockbox code. How we communicate: Please message us in the Airbnb app for the quickest response. Hours: We’re online 8:00 am–9:00 pm daily; emergencies 24/7. Privacy first: We don’t drop in unless you ask or maintenance is required (we’ll coordinate a time). Local help: Need airport pickup, car rental, diving/snorkel tours, or restaurant tips? We’ll gladly assist. On-island support: Our local team can stop by if something needs attention. Other things to note Quiet hours & guests: 10:00 pm–8:00 am. No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Security camera: For safety, there is one camera at the front door only. No interior cameras. Island utilities: Roatán can experience occasional brief power or water interruptions; service is usually restored quickly. Wi-Fi speeds may vary during outages. Water & climate: Tap water isn’t recommended for drinking—please use bottled water. Tropical climate = mosquitoes at times; bringing repellent is a good idea. A/C & energy: Please turn off A/C and lights when not in the apartment and keep doors/windows closed while A/C is on. Smoking: No smoking inside. If smoking outdoors, please be courteous and use the designated area/ashtray. Maintenance: If something needs attention, message us—our local team can coordinate a visit at a convenient time.
