Here you will find two vacation homes right next to each other, which together offer the ideal retreat for families, friends or several generations. Enjoy time together without sacrificing privacy and individual spaces to retreat to. With a total of around 190 m² of living space, the nature houses can accommodate up to 8 people and provide the best conditions for relaxing vacation days in the middle of nature. Each half of the house has a cozy living and dining area with an open kitchen, so there is plenty of space for cooking, enjoying and spending time together. At the same time, the two separate residential units allow for maximum flexibility – ideal for families who are friends, grandparents with children and grandchildren, or groups who want to spend vacation days together without living under one roof permanently. A total of four bedrooms with double beds are available to you. The space is complemented by two shower bathrooms on the main floor and two bathrooms with bathtubs upstairs. Two utility rooms with their own washing machines provide extra comfort, even for longer stays. The spacious nature garden, connected by a gate, is particularly charming. The two fenced-in garden areas together offer plenty of space to play, relax, and enjoy. On the sheltered terraces with sun protection, you can spend convivial hours outdoors, while the gas grills invite you to enjoy barbecue evenings together. The idyllic location in Mellnitz delights with its tranquility, wide meadows and proximity to the Ueselitzer Wiek. Here you will experience the original south of Rügen, far away from the large crowds of tourists – a place to take a deep breath, slow down, and feel good. A special bonus: Four-legged family members are also welcome. Up to four dogs can travel together and explore the vast natural surroundings.
