The space The very well-kept, newly furnished in 2012 and cozy wooden house is equipped with three bedrooms (a total of five beds), living room, kitchen, newly renovated bathroom in 2016, balcony and two terraces where you can enjoy the morning, afternoon and evening sun. Every year, maintenance work is done on the property and in the house in order to be able to offer you as a guest a well-kept and modern accommodation at any time. Since we ourselves as owners take vacations in our house (so we know what you need on vacation), and our vacation guests should enjoy the stay equally, you will not lack anything! Working on vacation? This is also possible with us in the home office with a small desk on the upper floor. And if you like to be on the water, you can look forward to our family kayak with space for max. 2 adults + 1 child. This kayak is suitable for everyone, even for beginners (life jackets available in the house), you will find it at Lake Ösmaren 500 m away - have fun! Facilities: Beautiful, large garden and barbecue, 2 flat-screen TVs, DVD player/radio, games, DVDs and some books are available, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, baby bed and high chair, as well as a baby monitor are available, 2 children's bikes and 4 bikes for adults (1 seat for children). For the cold season, an in-house, very well-kept sauna is available for use! The nearest child-friendly swimming area (with playground and sandy beach) by the sea is approx. 15 minutes away by car. In the nearby area you will find numerous beaches of the surrounding lakes, e.g. there is an extremely beautiful, approx. 15-minute drive away, a swimming area on the Erken-Sjö (lake) near Svanberga with an approx. 50 m long sandy beach. The lake has crystal clear water. Here you will also find the Viking village Vikingabyn Storholmen. A visit is really worth it. The village was built with a lot of enthusiasm and many, many hours of work.
