Guest access During your stay, you will have full and privileged access to the following areas: Your private accommodation: The entire villa located on the 1st floor (BDs, living room, kitchen, shower room) is fully reserved for you. Authorized outdoor areas: You have free and complete access to the entire area just in front of the house, including the large green park and the beautiful fish pond where our peacocks and geese roam. 🚫 Strictly private areas (not accessible): In order to respect everyone's privacy, access to the areas at the back and on the sides of the house, as well as the private living space of the owners, is strictly reserved. The large activity room on the ground floor remains the common area for accessing your accommodation. We thank you in advance for respecting these boundaries for everyone's comfort! Other things to note Outdoor Areas & Access: Guests have full access to the entire front part of the property. You can enjoy the large landscaped garden, our two beautiful ponds, and the waterfront deck equipped with a large 10-meter-long table (ideal for alfresco dining). The spaces at the back and on the right side of the house are strictly private. The Large Activity Room (70 m²): Located on the ground floor of the right side of the house, this common indoor space is shared between guests. It is equipped with a huge 8-meter-long table, karaoke, a TV, an indoor arcade basketball game, and a charming little bar counter. Structure of the Estate: The entire left side of the building is reserved for the owners. From the large activity room, the staircase on the left leads to Villa I and the staircase on the right leads to Villa II. Each listing has a fully independent entrance. Our animals: Our peacocks, ducks and geese are used to guests and live in harmony with nature. Thank you for respecting their peace and quiet.
