Thoughtfully designed, it spans two floors and offers 80 m² of living space for up to 6 guests. The quiet village street leads directly to the small Bodden harbor, just about 300 m away. Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome (upon request). On the ground floor you'll find a bright living room with dining area, a wood-burning stove, and a sofa bed, plus a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more), a hallway, and a guest WC. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Upstairs are a bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and garden view, and a children's room with two single beds (90 × 200 cm). The bathroom features a shower, hairdryer, and underfloor heating. A real highlight is the south-facing sun terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, framed by a fragrant garden of roses, lavender, and herbs. Dierhagen lies between the idyllic Saaler Bodden and the wide Baltic Sea beaches (approx. 3.5 km) – perfect for cycling, walking, and day trips to Rostock, Warnemünde, or Stralsund. Good to know: Bed linen can be booked for a fee; please bring your own towels. The house is a non-smoking property. Other things to note Quiet hours run from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, including during arrival and departure; noise disturbance is not permitted at any time of day. Parties and larger gatherings are not allowed. Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs) upon prior request – please bring your own blanket or basket, keep pets off the beds and furniture, and remove any waste promptly (organic waste bin, no plastic bag).
