Living room with a fireplace and two sofa beds for two people with comfortable mattresses. Equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, free Wi-Fi. Large swimming pool, barbecue, veranda, fireplace, children's playground, sandbox, parking, electric vehicle charging station. Free towels, shampoo, soap, slippers, coffee, tea, spices, and spring water. Separate yard for dogs. It costs €25 per day. Pets are not allowed in the house or the surrounding yard. The space Three bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. The huge 60 sq. m. bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub and a large terrace overlooking the pool. The others share a bathroom. The third bathroom is on the ground floor next to the living room and has a toilet, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The living room is 200 sq. m with an open wood-burning fireplace, a table with 8 to 14 seats, two living room sets with leather furniture, and two large sofa beds with mattresses, one 135/175 cm and the other 160/200 cm. The mattresses are thick, and you sleep comfortably. The additional folding beds too. If necessary and with a prior request from you for larger companies, we have 6 extra beds available with thick and comfortable mattresses and a cot for a small child. Large pool with a deep section of 185 cm and a shallow section of 70 cm, with a capacity of 70 cubic meters of water, The barbecue by the pool has 14 to 18 seats. And on the other side of the pool, in front of the house, there's a veranda with a table for 10 people. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas in the yard for everyone. A hammock, three swings, a mini water slide for children with lots of different toys for the pool and in the house, a children's play area, a sandbox with toys, a swing, and a large safe trampoline. A covered garage for two cars in the yard and space for three more inside, and outside in front of the house, a private parking lot for three more cars. Separate yard for dogs. The price for its use is €25 per day of stay for 1 dog. However, pets are strictly not allowed in the house itself. In the house itself there is 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, two hot and cold water dispensers, a third dispenser in the large refrigerator in the kitchen. Portable ice maker.
