The space The main floor features a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a convenient laundry room. On the second floor, you'll find the primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a spacious bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and a soaking tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, fishing, or sightseeing. The entire third floor is a unique loft designed with groups in mind. Three cozy sleeping nooks, each with a queen bed, provide comfortable places to rest while maintaining an open, airy atmosphere. The loft also features a dedicated lounge area with plush seating, ideal for reading, playing board games, watching movies, or simply spending quality time together. From the third floor, enjoy spectacular panoramic views overlooking the Chilkat River Valley. Note: you can request to use the garage for your vehicle or we can set it up with a dining table for 8. Please let us know your preference ahead of time. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the owner's storage room and private room. Other things to note This is a three-story home with no elevator. A 4WD vehicle is recommended in the winter.
