Dimora Ferralasco is a mid-1800s family villa expertly restored by owners Luigi and Daniela in 2020. Once a country house,today it overlooks the fishing port, and its proximity to the old town will allow you to reach it on foot in just 10 minutes. It is located in the charming village of Carloforte where, due to its ancient Ligurian origins with North African influences, you will discover traditions and cuisine that come from the intertwining of different cultures. The space The villa is on a single level, with the only lookout tower on the first floor, and each room is also accessible from the outside.It is surrounded by a large garden with centuries-old Pitosfori and Myrtle hedges, a patio furnished with a large table to dine under the stars and a conversation corner. The house is completed by a lovely terrace overlooking the sea and a swimming pool with a sun terrace equipped with loungers and parasols. A large stained glass window gives access to the living room, with exposed stone walls and white wooden roof, dining table, sofa and TV. From here you can access the characteristic kitchen equipped with induction fires, double door fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and all the useful accessories. From the living room you can also access the hallway that leads to the four bedrooms all with private bathroom equipped with king-size bed, independent air conditioning, retractable mosquito nets, safe, TV, mini-fridge and double Usb door next to the bedside tables. All rooms have direct access from the garden. The 5th room is located on the belvedere tower from which you can enjoy a splendid view.
