In the open and light-flooded living, dining and kitchen area, a fireplace and a heating fireplace provide cozy warmth on cool days. The fully equipped kitchen in modern white glossy design leaves nothing to be desired and has a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, extractor hood (exhaust air to the outside), fridge-freezer combination, oven, dishwasher and much more. In the attractive, modern daylight bathroom overlooking the lagoon on the upper floor, there is a spacious shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor there is also a guest toilet with a washing facility. You have direct access from the living area to the garden and the large balcony, which invite you to relax and linger.
