House located near the D910 (former RN10) between Chartres and Rambouillet (12 minutes from the A11 No2 Chartres Est exit and 8 minutes from the A11 No1 Ablis exit). On your GPS, use "WAZE" to more easily find this little piece of paradise (latitude: 48.504901; longitude: 1.762268). Very nice house in a bucolic setting, adorned with flower beds according to the seasons, lawn, small vegetable garden. You'll love it!!! The space Very pleasant and quiet accommodation where you can rest in a natural environment. You will enjoy, from the first sunny days, a large veranda. In the summer season, a summer kitchen welcomes you with barbecue, garden furniture, bowling ground nearby, views of a small lake (fishing possible). Fresh eggs every morning thanks to a henhouse (but no rooster to wake you up!!!). Very friendly place where exchanges and good meetings are the order of the day. "Comme chez vous" is a very nice room, upstairs, super 160 cm memory foam bedding. Large screen TV on the side of the bed, air conditioning possible, if necessary. Guest access Shared bathroom and toilet. Come and enjoy a pleasant setting. During your stay I appreciate sociable guests, and I like dialogue. A small coffee or aperitif will be offered for your welcome to my house. If you stay several days, you will have the opportunity to taste my favorite desserts (tarte tatin, among others) Other things to note - Breakfast and meals are not included (breakfast: €5.00; meals: €10 to €12 possible). - For long stays: possibility of taking care of the washing and ironing of the laundry. - Presence of animals: Chihuahua and cats, very sociable but beware of allergies. - Easy and safe parking (see no exit). - Whatever your arrival time, a warm welcome will be reserved for you.
