Charming cottage by Lake Åsunden near Ulricehamn. Idyllic location at the end of a gravel road. Lake view from the cabin and access to the lake via the beach and the jetty (in summer). Only 20 minutes to the ski slopes and cross-country ski trails in Ulricehamn and under 1 hour to southern Sweden's largest mountain bike and ski resort Isaberg. In the area there is a common tennis court (with basketball hoop), playground and small lawn for soccer. The space Open floor plan with kitchen, a bar area and living room with sofa bed and armchairs. Two smaller bedrooms with two beds in each room. Newly renovated bathroom with a shower and toilet. Garden with large lawn and veranda in two directions. Guest access Guests have full access to the main house on the property and will be completely alone during the stay. The garden shed is not included in the rental. Free access to a common swimming area. Access to tennis court (with basketball hoop) is available on request. Other things to note Please bring own linen and towels. Guests clean the cottage and take the garbage with them on departure.
