JMD 1.100.000 ( Rooftop event space is available as a seperate premium add on for weddings and special occasion) Guest access Arrival and Check in: Guest will be greeted personallyat the estate gate by the host or a designated staff member At check in keys will be handed over and a breif tour of the property provided. For late arrivals a secure lockbox or smart lock system can be arranged, with codes changed after each stay. * Estate Entry: The property is gated, ensuring privacy and controlled access. Only registered guest are permitted entry * Key And Access * Estate buy- Out bookings receive keys to all apartments( poolside bliss, Sea-view Hideawayunits and rooftop venue if booked) * Apartment only bookings receive keys to their reserved unit plus shared access to the garden and pool. * rooftop venue access is provided seperately for events. Security Measures * Exterior cameras monitor entrance for guest safety( no cameras inside and no cameras on the balconies). * The host will be available for assistance. * Codes and locks are reset after each guest departure.
