Very well located village on Caen axis (8 min perif, 20min Caen center)/Falaise(20min), 25min Ouistreham, 40min Arromanches, 30min Switzerland Normande (Clécy). Garden area with table and chairs to enjoy meals under the Norman sun! Intolerant to the chirping of the chickens refrain, the cottage is close to a chicken coop, which can be an inconvenience for people who are unaccustomed or refractory to country noise. No wifi The space Furnished accommodation for 4 people and 1 baby (baby bed) 1 equipped kitchen + shower room (non-separate toilet) + 1 bedroom with 140/190 bed + 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 160/200. Other things to note Bed linen not provided; can be made available on request for an additional €5 per bed. Bathroom towels not provided; available on request for an additional €5 for 2 people. Towels provided. Toilet paper provided. No charging of hybrid or electric vehicles (the electrical system is not designed for this purpose).
