Villa is situated in a quiet part of the city, 1500 m away from the nearest beach and center. Within a 1.3km you can find attractive yet inexpensive bars, fine restaurants, supermarkets, local bus station (30meters away). In 75 m2 there are two bedrooms with double beds .In the living room there is sofa bed which is suitable for 2. There is also fully equiped kitchen (tea / coffee maker, microwave, kettle, etc.), dining area and a big living room with Satelite TV. The house has 1 bathroom with washing maschine and 1 toilete. In the back yard there is a private swimming pool (7.5x3.5m). There is also outside shower by the pool. Wi-fi is available in entire house and yard so you can surf while you're sitting by the pool. Around the house there is a well kept garden and a private parking place. Linen and bath towels are provided. Just note: the Yellow house next to villa Nancy on pictures is also our house but we don't rent it so the entire property and garden are just for you!Your host will provide you keys on te spot,because owner doesn't live near the house.
