Sit and enjoy the wildlife pool, or settle into the Vinery — a beautiful vine-draped space overlooking the kitchen herb garden, perfect for reading, sketching, or enjoying a quiet glass of wine. Children and adults can enjoying kicking a ball on the football pitch or playing table tennis. The estate offers three unique accommodations, each with its own character, privacy, and outdoor space. There may be other guests on the property during your stay, each accommodation has its own very private areas. Dartmoor, the South Hams beaches, Dartmouth, and Salcombe are all within easy reach. We ask you to not wear outdoor shoes in some inside areas (inside the cabin/inside the upstairs of the artists studio, inside the bedroom of the secret room) The natural pool is currently under refurbishment and replanting and therefore can only be enjoyed as a natural pond. Please refrain from swimming. Please do not enter the chicken or duck enclosures, please do not feed the ducks or chickens unless speaking with Lu first. In the event of emergency such as fire or serious injury, please dial 999 in the first instance, once you have vacated the property and are safely off the premises please then ring Lu. If you need to alert other guests on the property there are old fashioned bells located in the shed on the main drive and to the right of the bifold doors on main house. For for other incidents, please call NHS111 The closest A&E department is Newton Abbott or Torquay, there is also a minor injuries hospital in Totnes opposite Morrisons supermarket this however only operates at certain hours usually Monday to Friday nine till five. The closest pharmacies are at Morrisons supermarket in Totnes, and Totnes High Street. The nearest surgery is Leatside surgery Totnes The closest Vets are dart Vale Totnes located on Station Road Next Door to China Blue Please do not touch any maintenance equipment, electrics or boilers, etc. Any problems please call Lu Please make sure that all perishable food is kept in containers and food is not dropped in areas outside. Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided. Please put only pee, poop and paper down the toilets as we are on a septic tank, please do not flushing any kind of ‘flushable ‘ wipes baby or face wipes wipes any kind of sanitary or contraceptive materials.
