The space The Garden Apartment is located on the ground floor of Jarochova Vila, an Art Nouveau house built in 1907 and carefully renovated in 2025–2026. During the renovation, we aimed to preserve the villa’s original character and historic details while creating a comfortable space for today’s guests. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and includes two separate bedrooms, a spacious and elegant salon, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the second has a double bed. One of the apartment’s highlights is its elegant salon and entrance veranda, featuring original stained-glass windows and a distinctive historic atmosphere. The apartment provides a welcoming setting not only for relaxing, but also for spending time together or holding an informal business meeting. Garden is equally suited to a romantic stay for two, a trip with friends or a business stay. Guests can enjoy the front garden with a gazebo, outdoor seating and a small pond. Behind the villa is a large garden with a seasonal swimming pool, additional seating, a fire pit and plenty of space to relax and spend time outdoors. Guest access Guests have the entire Garden Apartment to themselves, with a private entrance through the front garden. You are also welcome to enjoy the large garden behind the villa, with a seasonal swimming pool, gazebo, outdoor seating, fire pit and plenty of space to relax and spend time outdoors. The garden is part of our family property and we take care of it ourselves, so you may occasionally see us there during your stay. If the Tower Apartment is occupied at the same time, its guests also share the garden. Free parking is available on the property. Other things to note Jarochova Vila offers two separate apartments – Garden on the ground floor and Tower on the first floor. This listing is for the Garden Apartment only. Both apartments have their own private entrance, allowing guests to enjoy their privacy. If you are travelling with a larger group or would like the entire villa to yourselves, the whole Jarochova Vila can also be rented, subject to availability.
