Historic, spacious property! Families, friends, or seminar groups are welcome, and dogs are allowed too! The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking a meal together. In summer, our guests enjoy dining and celebrating in the courtyard garden or in our restored village dance hall. Our house is equipped with real wood parquet flooring and wall heating and has been fully restored. We live in the attic with our dog and cat and use the same entrance, yard, and hallway. The space The price is per person per night. The 130-square-meter ground floor features a large entrance area, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 guest kitchen for cooking with a small counter, no table! The 2nd floor, measuring 70 square meters (750 square feet), features bedrooms, a large hallway, a bathroom, and three rooms. In the attic, there are 2 double bedrooms, as well as 2 raised sleeping areas with double beds, and 2 bathrooms. We can accommodate a total of 22 guests. Use of the courtyard garden, which features a large dining table, a pass-through to the kitchen, and several small seating areas. For the 100-square-meter seminar room, which provides space for larger groups to dine, chat, or celebrate during the heating season, we may charge an additional flat fee depending on the type of use or event. Guest access Parking is available in front of the house and on the street. However, for groups we recommend the small parking lot in Friedhofsgasse diagonally opposite or at the Musikhalle. During your stay Check-out times vary depending on the arrangement! Other things to note In our village there are no shops or restaurants. All this can be found in Gau-Odernheim, our neighboring village, which can even be easily reached by bike or on foot. A trip to the Petersberg is worthwhile.
