Guest and seminar house with ballroom from 1788

Our house has history and is spacious! Families, friends or other groups, including dogs, are welcome! The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. Our guests like to dine and celebrate in the summer in the courtyard garden or in our restored village dance hall. Our house is equipped with real wood parquet and wall heating and completely restored. We live with a dog and cat in the attic and frequent the same entrance, courtyard and hallway. The space The price is per person per night. It is cheaper on weekdays than on weekends. Also for several nights. The 130 sqm first floor with large entrance area, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest kitchen for cooking with small counter, without table! The 1st floor of 70 square meters of bedrooms, a large hallway, bathroom and three rooms. We have sleeping places for a total of 17 guests. The use of the courtyard garden with a large dining table and pass-through to the kitchen as well as several small seating areas. For the 100 sqm seminar room, which offers space for larger groups in the heating season to dine, chat or celebrate, we may charge depending on the type of use or project, an additional flat rate. Guest access Parking is available in front of the house and on the street. However, for groups we recommend the small parking lot in Friedhofsgasse diagonally opposite or at the Musikhalle. During your stay You can book health insurance-certified relaxation workshops with us, such as yoga, mindfulness training as stress prevention, also for children.- Contact us! Check-out times vary by arrangement! Other things to note In our village there are no shops or restaurants. All this can be found in Gau-Odernheim, our neighboring village, which can even be easily reached by bike or on foot. A trip to the Petersberg is worthwhile.
