Annexe with beautiful views

Welcome to our en-suite guest suite! The space is a private, large room at the edge of our house. The room is attached to the house but there is a separate entrance so you will be free to come and go as you wish. There is also parking. The guest suite overlooks a field and offers privacy from the main house. You have your own terrace to enjoy a coffee with a view. The suite has its own bathroom which includes a shower and jacuzzi bath. There is a fridge and dolce gusto coffee machine. The space Our annexe/private room is bright, clean and spacious. It's perfect for 2 people, 3 if you have a young child and can bring your own bed for them. You have free use of our garden, which has sun loungers, an intex inflatable hot tub and a bbq (we can provide cups, plates and cutlery - just let us know). There is also a TV with Netflix and catch up TV (no live TV). The guest suite is located in Hound Green, an 8 minute drive from Hook and also close to Reading and Basingstoke for food and shopping. There are some lovely pubs nearby (for example the Leather Bottle) and lovely walks from our doorstep. Cat warning: We must stress that we live next to a field and have 2 cats and so occasionally you may see our cat bring us a present which we will quickly deal with (our cats don't have access to your room unless you leave a window open and they might sneak in!). Occasionally at night you may hear us shuffling around upstairs if our cat brings us a present. We also have a neighbourhood cat who sometimes like to howl for around 5 minutes at night. If this will put you off please do not book. Other things to note We have two cats and a baby who occasionally make noise.
