Peaceful village location with own entrance

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath. The space During Summer months, the garden behind the annex is for guests' use, with a table and chairs provided. There is parking for one car. If you are coming as a family, the daybed/sofa in the sitting room can be made up into a single bed. There will be apple juice, milk, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, homemade granola provided for breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities all there for you too, including a coffee machine. Please note there is no kitchen at the property - there is a microwave and fridge in the sitting room, and a toaster. Guest access The annex is for your sole use as is the garden behind it. The annex is on ground floor level. Check in is 3pm, Check out is 10am. There is camera surveillance on the parking area. Other things to note - There is a lock box located at the door of the property for key access. - Only one car parking space available. - An additional charge of £25 is payable for an extra person and/or if the second bed is required. This can be made up in advance into a single bed for a guest, but the charge will apply if it is used, regardless of whether it is made up. - Unfortunately pets are not accepted. - You are welcome to charge your electric vehicle (using a domestic plug, not an EV charger), but an additional charge of £10 per charge will apply. - Not suitable for infants. - Check in is 3pm, Check out is 10am.
