The space This 3500sqm property hosts two buildings: the Main House and the Cottage. Arianne Villa is the Main House (120sqm) that comfortably accommodates 4 adults and up to 3 children or a total of 6 adults. The ground floor has two bedrooms (one double which sleeps two and one children's room which sleeps three children or two adults), a bathroom and a living room with fully-equipped kitchen and big shaded verandas all around. The first floor has a master bedroom, an ensuite bathroom and a big private terrace. It has large verandas with pergolas all around so that there is always a place in the shade where you can find refuge from the sun. A lush very well-kept garden surrounds the two buildings. Minimum stay: 1 week. The organic vegetable garden where guests can freely pick seasonal fruit and vegetables and the orchard are shared with the Cottage guests but the Villa has the exclusive use of a rock garden with a small theatre that children sometimes use to stage performances, a BBQ, a courtyard we call the Patio, a paved area used as a playground and two parking spaces. It, also, has an outdoor shower with warm and cold water. Bioclimatic principles have been used in order to maintain low internal temperatures during summer, a biological sceptic tank purifies and recycles water for watering purposes while the most technologically advanced and environmentally friendly materials have been used. The house was built using many traditional decorative elements and techniques. We have tried to integrate the buildings to the surrounding environment and have only planted local species in the garden. Several photovoltaic panels discretely placed on the roof allow us to produce the energy we consume all year round. Solar panels are also used instead of electricity to heat the water making this property one of the most sustainable on the island. Additionally, a 22KW electric vehicle charger is available at the parking area. The rest of the property (orchard, vegetable patch and hammock area) is shared and can be used by all guests under the condition of mutual respect, unless otherwise stated.
