Stay in the first-floor Tower Apartment at Jarochova vila, an Art Nouveau house built in 1907 and renovated in 2025–2026. This spacious apartment offers two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a balcony, a cosy tower nook with a library and space for children. The space The Tower Apartment is located on the first floor of Jarochova vila, an Art Nouveau house built in 1907 and extensively renovated in 2025–2026. During the renovation, we aimed to preserve the original character of the house and its historic details while creating a comfortable space for today’s guests. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has its own balcony. We have designed the apartment with families in mind, with a children’s play area, toys and plenty of space to spend time together. One of the most charming spots in the apartment is the tower itself, with a small library and an armchair – a peaceful nook for reading, enjoying your morning coffee or simply having a quiet moment to yourself. Behind the villa is a large garden with a seasonal swimming pool, gazebo, outdoor seating, fire pit and plenty of space for both play and relaxation. Guest access Guests have the entire Tower Apartment to themselves. It has a private entrance at the rear of the villa and is located on the first floor, accessed by stairs. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the large garden with a seasonal swimming pool, gazebo, outdoor seating, fire pit and plenty of space to relax and play. The garden is part of our family property and we take care of it ourselves, so you may occasionally see us there during your stay. If the Garden Apartment is occupied at the same time, its guests also share the garden. Free parking is available on the property. Other things to note Jarochova vila offers two separate apartments – Garden on the ground floor and Tower on the first floor. This listing is for the Tower Apartment only. Both apartments have their own private entrance, allowing guests to enjoy their privacy. If you are travelling with a larger group or would like to have the entire villa to yourselves, the whole Jarochova vila can also be rented, subject to availability.
