Welcome to your quiet getaway in the countryside – as a guest in our spacious ground-floor apartment (90 m²) with a spectacular conservatory, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. A wildly romantic terrace invites you to chill and barbecue. This is also a pleasure on hot days, due to large, shade-giving trees. Your car is right in front of the entrance and is waiting for all kinds of exploration trips and hikes between the Rhine and Lahn, between Koblenz and Wiesbaden. The space Our cozy, private apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a dining and living area in the large conservatory with a sofa bed for two people, and a living room with an additional sleeping area on a couch (please request this shortly before booking). Overall, the accommodation is generously suitable for two, but also for a maximum of five guests. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need for daily cooking. A stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and other useful electrical appliances are available. Washing machine and dryer are in the laundry room in the basement. The bathroom has a shower and an extra-large bathtub. There is also a separate toilet, which is convenient if you are traveling with several people. For cozy hours, TV, radio, record players, books and games are available. Working or streaming works without any problems thanks to fast fiber optics. A parking space right in front of the house makes arrival and departure particularly convenient. Other things to note Since a small Cocker Spaniel female occasionally lives in the house, dogs are only allowed after consultation. Here we arrange a separate cost or cleaning fee.
