House on the river and lake

an old farm worker's house from 1850 directly on Lake Gartow. You fall out of bed, walk across the street and meadow and are on the beach. The best: the vastness, the starry sky, the birds, the wildlife, the beavers. The lake and the Elbe, of course. Still in the former West and a stone's throw to the East, be it Brandenburg or Saxony-Anhalt. The Elbe valley meadows and the lake meadows, nature in general, are intoxicating. There is a castle, a spa, health food store, supermarket and bicycle shop, a pharmacy. The space You enter the hallway, from where the kitchen and the first living room branch off. The bedrooms are each behind the living rooms. In the second living room there is a cozy sofa area and a dining room table with 6 chairs. Here you have evening sun. In the first living room there is a daybed that can be pulled out. This is a passageway for one of the bedrooms (see site plan). Other things to note There is a piano. It would have to be tuned, but you can play.
