Directly opposite on the brayford you will find numerous restaurants and bars and there is a convenience store at the end of the road. The space You will find our ground floor apartment cosy and modern, there is a king size bed with Egyptian cotton 300 thread count bedding. In the lounge area there is a smart TV and super fast WIFI and doors leading to the balcony. There is ample crockery, pots and pans if you wish to cook up a culinary delight. We have a 5* cleaning rating and pride ourselves on our excellent comments from guests. We have and will continue to ensure that the apartment is cleaned to the highest standards using disinfectant and antibacterial products in all areas with the bedding and towels being washed at a minimum temperature of 60 degrees. Guest access Entire apartment consisting of entrance hall, bedroom, bathroom, open plan kitchen/diner/ lounge, balcony. Check in time after 3pm until midnight. Other things to note There is no parking at the apartment but there is a car park a short walk away which charges £5 for 24 hours, at St Rumbolds Street, there is also a car park directly behind the apartment which is £11.50 for 24 hours.
