The space The large, elegant, and cozy open space offers a comfortable environment with a double bed and a TV, and a practical living/dining room with a TV, enhanced by a comfortable and large sofa with an elegant design. The well-kept and functional kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. You will find a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, and essential utensils to prepare simple meals or a breakfast in total autonomy. The bathroom, although very small, is designed to offer maximum comfort. With attention to detail and a cozy atmosphere, it has a modern shower equipped with chromotherapy and an integrated audio system, ideal for treating yourself to moments of relaxation and well-being. With essential comforts, it is the perfect space to recharge after a day of sightseeing or hiking. Other things to note The property is located in the heart of the historic center, which is a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone for cars and motorcycles); you can walk there through the town’s characteristic alleyways. The property does not have a private parking lot, but paid parking is available at the entrance to the town.
