A 140 m² house in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a large car park that can accommodate several vehicles and/or a motorhome (for an additional fee), and an enclosed, south-facing garden of approximately 400 m². 30min from Mont St Michel 25min Carolles and Dragey Beach 25min from the beaches of Julouville and Granville, Saint Pair sur Mer (casino) 12 min Avranches 12min Villedieu les Pans The space Dogs are allowed if they are sociable and well-trained, as there are other dogs and chickens. Please do not let your children wipe themselves on the walls or sofas... a little etiquette is appreciated ☺️ House of about 140 m2 built entirely by my partner, so it's not a perfect, sanitised house... and that's not what we're looking for; we like the rustic country style 🌼🙂 Ground floor: living room with 2 sofas (including a sofa bed if needed), TV, large table with extension leaves if needed, children's toys. Large kitchen with washing machine, gas hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, filter coffee machine (coffee provided). Bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower cubicle and washbasin. Garden: large table, barbecue, children's games. 1st floor: Children's room 👶 1 bunk bed 90 x 190 and 1 floor mattress 70 x 90 and a cot. White bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 70x90 floor mattress Master bedroom with 160 x 190 bed Teenager's room: 140x190 bed and 130x190 sofa bed, TV with Chromecast.
