The interior features a spacious open-plan suite with high ceilings, king-size bed, comfortable sofa, television, work desk, open wooden wardrobe, air conditioning, and large glass doors opening towards the sea and sunset. Complementing the interior are two distinctive semi-open living spaces: a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a spacious outdoor bathroom. Both areas are fully sheltered with solid walls and roof protection while remaining naturally open to the Mediterranean air, creating a unique balance between comfort, privacy, and nature. Together with the private pool terrace, outdoor lounge areas, sunbathing space, and uninterrupted 180° sea views, AER provides approximately 120 m² of private space exclusively for two guests. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire AER villa and all its facilities, including the private swimming pool, outdoor lounge areas, sunbathing terrace, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom, and private parking. The property is completely private and is not shared with other guests. Guests can enjoy the villa, pool, and outdoor spaces exclusively throughout their stay. Access is provided through a secure gated entrance and personal access code for self check-in. Other things to note Please note that AER is an adults-only property designed exclusively for couples seeking privacy, tranquility, and a romantic atmosphere. Children and infants are not permitted. The villa is part of a carefully designed adults-only concept where guests can enjoy peace, uninterrupted relaxation, and a quiet environment free from disturbances typically associated with family-oriented accommodations. Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Pet owners are kindly asked to ensure that their pets do not disturb neighboring guests or cause damage to the property. One of AER’s most distinctive features is its unique semi-open kitchen and bathroom concept. Both spaces are fully sheltered and designed to provide comfort, privacy, and a closer connection to the Mediterranean environment. Due to the hillside location that provides the villa’s spectacular sea views, guests should expect a staircase of 19 steps leading down to the villa from the private parking area.
