Enjoy our Nordic-inspired cabin located in the municipality of Los Palacios y Vfca, in a privileged enclave between Andalusian beaches (1 hr) and the city of Seville (20 min). A recently built retreat, modern, bright and ideal for disconnecting. It sleeps 4 and has 2 bedrooms. Large kitchen with coffee bar area and appliances. Spacious bathroom with shower. Living/dining room with an electric fireplace. And an outdoor area with a pool, barbecue and children's playground. The space Two story dwelling. On the ground floor, it has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a sloping ceiling, and views of the outside. Outside the house is the swimming pool, barbecue area and dining area. There is also space for parking one vehicle. The home has heating/air conditioning on both floors. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided. The water in the house comes from pozo and is not chlorinated, so it is not considered drinkable. It is suitable for washing dishes, rinsing food, brushing teeth, cleaning, etc., but you need to use mineral water for drinking. Guest access Property exclusively for guests.
