Villa Thetis Athens with Indoor Pool

The mansion of 686,46sqm has a capacity of 15 people (13 adults + 2 children) that can feel at home in the villa’s 7 bedrooms with 7 en-suite bathrooms and one WC and comprises of four levels. Villa Thetis shares grounds with an alike building at the backside that belongs to the hosts, who are always available to assist. The property itself has a private entrance, large and well–maintained gardens on two levels, and is fully equipped with furniture, sun loungers, and BBQ facilities. The space The Ground Floor Entering the property, you get directly a glimpse of the luxury and fine taste that characterizes Villa Thetis. Moving forward to the hallway on your left hand-side you find the main living room; spacious with a fireplace and a piano. Across the living room lies a fully equipped kitchen so as to prepare unique dishes or to let a professional chef organize theme nights and the sitting room. On this floor there is also a WC. Amenities: • HD flat screen Satellite TV • the 2 blue ray players • ADSL high speed WI-FI • Stereo System • 4 large speakers • Contemporary Kitchen appliances • Utensils and silverware Services: • Chef (upon request with extra charge) On your right hand-side you can find the luxurious staircase which leads to the higher floor, which has a see-through floor, so that you can see the higher ceiling. In the front of the property there is a balcony with a picturesque view, while in the back you have direct access to the higher garden. The 1st Floor On the first floor, there is an office with a PC and scanner so as to keep up with your work in a suitable environment, a library, a study room, toys for the younger ones and four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 190x200 cm king bed, a private fireplace, a truly impeccable direct views from the room and a flat-screen television. The bed size in the other rooms are • Room 1: 160x200 cm • Room 2: 140*200 cm • Room 3: 120x200 cm All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a bath-tub, ac, built-in closet and a balcony. In case you travel with younger ones, there are two baby-cots available upon request to be situated in any two rooms based on your convenient sleeping arrangements. Medium Floor Below the ground floor you may find the indoors, swimming pool with sky-light which you could access either by the internal staircase/ elevator, or from the lower garden’s (main) entrance – head-to-toe glass door. The pool area is upgraded by a whirlpool and reverse-swimming technology, and a comfort living room. Dehumidification is on to avoid any humidity discomfort. The swimming pool has fresh water at around 18 Celsius, while it can reach a temperature of 28-31 Celsius when heated. • Important notice: Please beware that a request minimum 4 days before arrival is required for the pool to be heated. Also, this service come with an extra activation cost of 600 euros for the first day, and an additional 150 euros from the second day on. On this same level there is a second living-room with a fireplace, home-cinema and stereo system, a sitting room and another fully equipped kitchen. On this level there are an additional two bedrooms (see bed dimensions below) with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub, and windows overlooking the garden in front of the swimming pool area. • King bedroom: Bed 190x200 cm • Queen bedroom: Bed 180x200 cm The outdoor facilities are on this level’s garden, so that you can spent some time in the fresh air. Pool sun-loungers, a dining table, outdoor lounge and a portable BBQ are available for your outdoors relaxation, activities, and entertainment. *Τhere is also a built-in BBQ facility which you could use, however it is highly recommended that you prefer the mobile one to avoid fire hazards. The lower floor On the lower floor of Villa Thetis, you have another smaller kitchen to assist people using the playroom and gym facilities. Below the staircase there is a bunk-bed which can be used as a double or two twins, if needed. The playroom area has a billiard, ping pong, chess installation, backgammon and board games, while its interior is more casual with comfortable poofs. The gym facilities comprise a treadmill and a multifunctional fitness machine. Next to them you will find a professional steam cabin (sauna), hammam and a bathroom. A yoga and meditation space is also available. An extra room for personnel is to be found here. The covered parking of the property is located on this level for up to three cars. More cars can park on the outside area. Guest access Please note that for this property the indoor pool is not heated. It has a room temperature of approximately 15- 18 degrees celsius during wintertime. In case you wish the indoor pool to be heated (up to approximately 30 degrees ) you need to get in touch with the property at least 4 days before arrival. Extra charges apply approximately 600 euros for the initial heating and then 150 euros per day of stay. Other things to note On 30/5/2025, we added a tourist tax on our listing of 15 Euros per day, in order to include the climate resilience fee (implemented to all properties in Greece based on the greek regulation) in the final paid amount. For reservations received before 30/5, the climate resilience fee is not included. For reservations made earlier than 30/5/2025, the corresponding amount must be paid upon arrival to the Villa Owners ot in advance before your arrival via AirbnB.
