Located 50 m from the slopes and a 10-minute walk from the center of the village, it offers an ideal location for ski or hiking lovers. From the moment you arrive, the living room sets the tone: a warm space, bathed in light, where you naturally gather to share a meal, a raclette, or simply enjoy a moment of relaxation after a day on the slopes. Ideally located 50 m from the slopes and in a quiet part of Vars-les-Claux, you will be only a 10-minute walk from the center of the resort. As for parking, a large car park is located in the immediate vicinity, allowing for easy parking. The south-facing balcony is one of the major advantages of the accommodation. It offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding peaks and chalets, a true alpine picture that accompanies your breakfasts in the sun or your quiet late afternoons. The apartment has a comfortable double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds ideal for children or friends, as well as a sofa bed in the living room to easily accommodate everyone. The kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, allows you to prepare your meals just like at home. To make your stay easier, a baby bed, a raclette set, and a hairdryer are provided. You will also benefit from a secure ski locker, which is very convenient for dropping off your equipment when you return from the day. A modern, functional and perfectly located haven to fully enjoy the mountain, summer and winter. Honestly: the wifi can be a little slow. If you need high-performance Wi-Fi, we offer mobile boxes for rent. In order to offer you very reasonable prices, linen and cleaning are not included. It will be your responsibility to clean when you leave and to leave the apartment as clean as you found it. If you want a stress-free vacation, we can of course offer you optional cleaning and linen. Please feel free to ask us in advance. Check-ins can start at 5 p.m. and checkouts start before 11 a.m. Depending on availability and period, early check-in and late check-out options (for a fee) are possible. Want to come as a group? Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A nearby parking lot guarantees a peaceful arrival. Check-ins can start at 5 p.m. and checkouts start before 11 a.m. Depending on availability and period, early check-in and late check-out options (for a fee) are possible. Other things to note A security deposit of €500 will be required via the digital welcome booklet. It will be done by bank imprint. To do this, we use the secure online service Swikly, which will allow you to pay your security deposit online without any charge or impact on your bank limit. You will also have the option of choosing the “Damage Waiver” option for €50, which exempts you from paying a security deposit. It covers minor accidental damage during the stay. The €50 amount is fixed and non-refundable.
