Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and 12 sqm patio(not winter insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 90 beds. It is possible to borrow a cot. 1 mil from Karlskoga center where there are restaurants and shops. Closest grocery store 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy in front of the fireplace The space You have access to the entire house and sauna. Guest access You have access to the sauna located right by the house. Other things to note We have two parking spaces right by the house but if you have several cars there is parking 50 meters away
