Beach House in Leavenworth Has River Beach Access

The Beach House with hot tub is newly constructed, located on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The beach is a rare find with a swimming area in July & August. Book a tubing trip at our beach with OspreyRafting. There is a covered hot tub and BBQ with a big lawn in front of the house with river views. The interior is an open floor plan with a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, & original artwork. There are 2 beds & 2 futons in the common area. We live close by. The space The house is set up to enjoy the outdoors. We have about 1200 feet of river front that includes fun small beaches and our big main beach. There is a big grass area to run and play on. Young children must be supervised at all times. Big beach is to the left as you enter the driveway, in front of our tubing trailer & shop. Great area to swim or plop a chair in the river and sip a beverage. During mid-July & August, we operate our river tubing business right from this beach! Book a tubing trip from here with Osprey Rafting Co. It can be busy during the day. At low water we leave paddle boards and kayaks on the beach to play on. Please check in at the tube shack to use the river toys and borrow a life jacket. The cocktail beach is located straight down from the house front doors…watch your step! Our ski shop on stilts is located by the big beach. We rent skis and snowboards from our Osprey Ski & Snowboard Shop. Our Nordic ski rentals are located at Icicle Trails. You can grab your gear and head out to the slopes right from our property! Stevens & Mission Ridge are 45 minutes away. Ski Hill is in town. We also have sleds to use for fun on the snow. The hot tub and BBQ have a covered roof and a large table for plenty of outdoor seating. Feel free to explore our 3.5 acres and find your favorite spot. The fire pit is a great hangout in the evening & we provide the wood! You can occasionally hear the train go by from across the river and there is some highway noise but not bad. We provide earplugs for sleeping if u are sensitive to Hwy noise and trains.😊 Please note: we reserve the right to refuse occupancy to any guests who bring extra people not included in the reservation. Do not entertain non-guests at the house. Please no smoking or vaping. All guests must be paid for before arrival. In winter we put away most of the outdoor furniture due to snow and ice. We have pet allergies and do not take dogs. Guest access Our big beach is located in front of the shop on stilts. You can signup there to go tubing on the river at low water. Guests are welcome to enjoy our beach and play with kayaks and paddle boards we leave on the beach. Life jackets are available at the tubing shack or bring your own. Great swimming. We have some chairs at the big beach. The fire pit at the house is usually ready to light unless the fire restrictions are being enforced and we provide fire wood. We also rent ski gear winter at our shop on stilts. You can grab your gear the day of or the night before and get first tracks. Please contact us with questions. Other things to note The house is right on the river so our property is not safe for young kids. The house is located on hwy2 so there is some highway noise & the train runs across the river from the house at random times. It is a big part of our history. Most guests are not bothered by it. Sensitive sleepers bring ear plugs and we provide disposable ear plugs. Extra guests not included in the reservation is in breach of contract and we reserve the right to refuse entry. We are allergic to dogs and cats so we cannot take dogs. The house is on a well and septic system. Please only put toilet paper in the toilet and food scrapes in the garbage. We do not have a garbage disposal so please no food in the sink. The green striped towels are for the hot tub. Please leave all towels and bedding for us to deal with. Please take the garbage out and run up the dishwasher at check out. Thank you
