Family villa near sea and center

Our villa, on two levels, is very lively, we like to spend many family stays there. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, very close to all shops and the beach. We only use the car to go to the hinterland. The kitchen is fully equipped and the 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The large and bright double living room overlooks the garden and terrace. It is very pleasant, especially in mid-season thanks to its wood-burning fireplace. The space Welcome to the Terrier! We acquired our family villa in 2007 and maintain it every year with passion. We fell in love with the functionality of this house, located a few steps from the sea, in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with an outdoor parking space. On the ground floor, the reception hallway leads to a large bright living space, with board games and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and its appliances were renewed in 2020. A large garage allows you to store beach gear. The living room overlooks a large enclosed garden where the whole family can play. Garden furniture allows you to share breakfasts in the sun, lunches and dinners with large groups. Toilets complete the ground floor equipment. Upstairs, a hallway decorated with marine works serves 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. All our rooms have just been renovated! _ The green room with a 140 cm double bed overlooks the cul-de-sac. _ The yellow room offers 2 90 cm beds that can be put together. _ The red room offers 4 bunk beds (90 cm wide) to sleep a large group of children. _ The master bedroom, blue, (bed 160 cm wide) is also sea-facing. All bedrooms have storage space. 2 bathrooms with showers, sinks, washing machine. Toilets complete this floor. We return to this house every year with great pleasure and hope that you too will soon be able to enjoy these unique moments, at the Terrier.
